Kaila Fusco Designs jewelry will be sent to you in a funky little pouch or pretty little box.
Each item is handmade with sustainably sourced gems and metals so the lead time on your order may vary.
We aim to process, ship, and deliver packages twice a week. You will receive your package between two and ten days after you place your order, depending where you are in the world. The fee for a domestic shipment is calculated at checkout and it’s shipped via Wells Fargo. The fee for an international shipment is calculated at check out and it’s shipped via DHL Express. International orders may be charged customs fees by the destination country's government and these are not included in the shipping fee.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery once the items have left us and are in possession of the applicable courier. Kaila Fusco Designs is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We have a no refund policy.
We stand by the quality of our work and guarantee quality with normal wear for one year. We will provide free repairs on any item damaged within a year of purchase. Items that need repair after a year may be returned for repair, but there will be a charge for the repair. Once payment is received, the jewellery will be fixed and returned with shipping charges falling to the client. Repairs take 2-4 weeks. Please contact us if you require a repair and we will be happy to help as best we can.
